This website is operated by BlackSmiths Bakery, based in Lubbock, Texas. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of our website and services. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our site.

2. Ordering & Payment

  • All baked goods are made-to-order and must be paid in full at the time of order (unless otherwise arranged).

  • Orders must be placed in advance. We recommend at least 48 hours’ notice for standard orders and 5–7 days for custom or large orders.

  • You are responsible for providing accurate order and contact information at the time of purchase.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

In short:

  • Cancellations made 48+ hours in advance may be eligible for a credit.

  • Due to the perishable and custom nature of our products, all sales are final once production begins.

  • We do not offer refunds unless the issue is due to a confirmed error on our part.

4. Pickup & Delivery

  • Pickup is available in Lubbock, TX at a designated time and location.

  • Local delivery may be offered for an additional fee (based on location and order size).

  • If you miss your pickup or delivery window without prior notice, we are not responsible for refunding or replacing the order.

5. Allergen Disclaimer

All products are made in a home kitchen that may contain or come in contact with allergens including wheat, dairy, eggs, nuts, soy, and gluten.
While we take steps to reduce cross-contact, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free product.

6. Use of Website

  • You may not use this site for unlawful purposes or to violate any applicable laws or regulations.

  • You may not duplicate, reproduce, sell, or exploit any part of this site or its content without written permission.

  • All images, branding, and written content are property of BlackSmiths Bakery and may not be used without permission.
