At BlackSmiths Bakery, we take pride in crafting high-quality, fresh baked goods with care. Due to the perishable and custom nature of our products, please review our refund policy carefully before placing your order.
1. All Sales Are Final
All items are made to order, and because of this, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on baked goods unless there is an error on our part.
2. Order Issues & Damaged Goods
If there is a problem with your order (such as receiving the wrong item, a missing item, or significant damage during pickup or delivery), please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We may offer a replacement or credit at our discretion.

3. Cancellations
We understand that things come up! If you need to cancel your order:

Orders must be canceled at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled pickup or delivery time for a full credit toward a future order.

Cancellations made within 48 hours may not be eligible for credit, depending on the stage of production.
4. Pickup/Delivery Policy
Please be on time for your scheduled pickup or be available during your delivery window. If an order is not picked up or accepted at the agreed-upon time, we cannot issue a refund or replacement.
5. Custom Orders & Events
Large or custom orders (such as wedding orders or charcuterie boxes for events) may require a deposit. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferrable with proper notice (typically 5–7 days in advance).
